Joining a CrossFit Box for the first time may feel a little intimidating. There’s the feeling of… Can I actually do this? Not to mention it costs more than a regular gym.

So it makes sense to try a workout before buying a membership. However, unless you’re an experienced CrossFit athlete who knows exactly what you want and need out of a gym and CrossFit program, a single workout may not be enough to help you decide whether or not to commit to a longer-term membership.  In fact, due to the technical nature of many of the exercises in CrossFit, a single workout may leave you really feeling that CrossFit is NOT for you.  And NOTHING could be further from the truth.

To really know, we’ve found that an extensive 9 session CrossFit fundamentals program over 4 weeks is perfect.  The nine sessions each teach a new technique and build on the previous sessions.  These 9 sessions take place over three weeks and after you’ve completed them all, you’ll have your 4th week to take an unlimited number of our regular CrossFit classes.  The entire 4 weeks is the perfect length of time for you to really begin to see and feel the results you can achieve when you have the right program, the right coaches, the right facility, and a super supportive community.

Unlimited 4-Week CrossFit 819 Test Drive

Here’s what you need to know:
  • You’ll start out by taking our nine CrossFit fundamentals classes
  • You’ll learn the foundational movements that form the basis of our CrossFit program.
  • You’ll start by taking three fundamentals classes each week for the first three weeks. 
  • Once your fundamentals classes are completed, you’ll have unlimited access to the regular CrossFit classes until your 4-week test drive is over.
