Note: Those with significant prior experience in Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit, or Kettlebell can get started right away with either a free one-week CrossFit trial, a free one-week Bootcamp trial, or a free one-week Kettlebell trial at our Ottawa-area gym! For those who are new to- or have limited experience with the world of CrossFit, Bootcamp, or Kettlebell we offer three distinct intro programs which provide mandatory fundamentals classes and plenty of time to see if we’re a good fit together. In our experience, the key to getting exceptional results is quite simple: find a program you like enough to stick with it! And since we’re all a little different, PhysXtreme offers three world-class strength and conditioning programs to help you reach your goals.

Fundamental Classes

CrossFit Fundamentals (1:5 coach-to-athlete ratio per group):

Runs for three weeks as follows:
Group A: M/W/F @ 7am
Group B: M/F @ 12pm & Su @ 11am
Group C: M/W/F @ 5:30pm

Bootcamp Fundamentals (1:6 coach-to-athlete ratio per group):

Runs as soon as a group is full (6 people in a group) or every 3 weeks as needed.
Group A: M/W/F @ 8:30am (6 spots)
Group B: T/W/Th @ 12pm (6 spots)
Group C: M/T/W @ 6:30pm (12 or 18 spots)

Kettlebell Fundamentals(1:6 coach-to-athlete ratio per group):
The Kettlebell fundamentals program starts every two weeks and runs for two weeks on the following schedule:

Monday 6:30pm: Kettlebell Fundamentals 1 (first week) and Kettlebell Fundamentals 2 (second week)
Wednesday 7pm (30 min) Pre-class technical preparation (both weeks)
Friday 5:30pm (30 min) Pre-class technical preparation (both weeks)

*The Kettlebell fundamentals program will be canceled for any two week period in which a Bootcamp fundamentals program starts.
